Farmer’s Markets in Sonoma County

Now that spring is in full swing and we’re headed into the fabulous that is summer it is time to take advantage of the local flavor!  Sonoma County has an amazing array of locally farmed produce available at the Farmer’s Markets but these markets are also great for discovering new products before they hit store shelves. Remember that Certified Farmer’s Market means that the person selling the product was directly involved in the farming or producing of their product. It doens’t mean that it is organic.  Talk to the producer, ask where they get their ingredients, ask where they farm, and ask about their farming practices.  Get out there and support our local farmers and merchants!
